Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery :

  1. Parcels are generally dispatched within 48-72 working hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed couriers with tracking. we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

   2. Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the   

       shipment. We advise you to group checkout your items in one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately, and 

       shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile

       objects.

   3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday to Saturday: 9 am to   

       7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including

       unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Return & Refund Policy :

All food items are non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Refund Policies :

We will try our best to send pack and send the products as intact as possible. In case, if the product gets damaged or lost during transit, we will do full refund for the order within 5-7 Business Days. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.
